Join our monthly literary gathering celebrating independent authors from Charlotte and beyond. Curated to spotlight emerging and established indie voices, this community-centered experience invites readers to discover writers who are shaping culture, storytelling, and conversation outside of traditional publishing spaces.

T.A., Jones (he/him) is a Black poet/writer based in Atlanta, Georgia. While he was born and raised in Dallas, Tx, he graduated from Western Carolina University. He currently works as a middle school ELA teacher and blogger for Three Panel Press. Tyler has been published in REVOLT, Contemporary Verse 2, Hyacinth Review, Fahmidan Journal, and many more.

His first poetry compilation, Obsidian Sun, is more than poetry; it is a series of anthems for self-love, self-protection, and self-care. Each piece serves as a promise to ourselves and a seed of possibility for future generations. These poems don't simply speak-they affirm, uplift, and remind us of who we have always been.
